Nourished Support

Supporting Ease, Energy & Capacity

For many women I work with, nourishment isn’t about knowing what to eat — it’s about having the capacity.

When life feels full, hormones are shifting, or the nervous system has been running in overdrive, food can become another mental load. Deciding what to eat, planning meals, and finding the energy to follow through can feel overwhelming when the nervous system is already stretched.

This page is here to share one of the ways I personally support ease, consistency, and nourishment in my own life.

From a nervous system perspective, support often comes from doing less, not more.

When daily nourishment feels simpler and more consistent, it can help:

  • reduce mental and decision fatigue

  • support steadier energy levels

  • create predictability and rhythm

  • free up emotional and cognitive space

For women who are burnt out, time-poor, or moving through perimenopause, this kind of practical support can make nourishment feel calmer and more achievable.

One tool that has genuinely supported me in this way, is the Thermomix®. The Thermomix® helps

  • remove the thinking and planning around meals

  • support simple, whole-food cooking without complexity

  • allow meals to be prepared even when energy is low

  • create consistency without pressure or perfection

How Thermomix® Fits in with Evolved Mind Body

While my core work is therapeutic — kinesiology, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation — I also recognise that practical, everyday supports can make a meaningful difference to how regulated and resourced we feel.

The Thermomix® isn’t a treatment or a requirement. It’s simply a tool that has helped me reduce mental load around food, and one that some women find supportive during periods of stress, transition, or recovery.
