Phase 1: Reconnect
Before change can happen, we need to understand the entire picture.
We'll identify your emotional triggers, stress patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses that may be contributing to how you're feeling.
You'll begin to understand:
Why you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck
How your nervous system has adapted to stress
The patterns keeping you in survival mode
What your mind and body have been trying to communicate
As awareness grows, so does self-understanding, clarity, and compassion. This phase provides a foundation to understanding your stress patterns and nervous system symptoms.
Phase 2: Release
Once we identify what's been contributing to the nervous system dysregulation, we begin supporting your mind and body to let go of what is no longer required.
Throughout this phase, we'll work with:

Hi, I'm Mary, Founder of Evolved Mind Body.
I know what it's like to wake up exhausted, overwhelmed and simply trying to get through each day.
Like many people, I tried everything… supplements, yoga, breathing exercises, diets, therapies and self-care. But nothing created lasting change because I wasn't addressing the root cause.
That journey led me to study kinesiology and mind-body principles, helping me understand how our nervous system, emotions and subconscious patterns are all deeply connected.
